Overview
We crafted this home for a personality who thrives on movement, humor, and unpredictability. Inspired by fringe sports like spikeball, parkour, and slackline the space mirrors that same energy: minimal but bold, clean yet kinetic. Soft curves, arched windows, warm neutrals, and surprising layouts create a home that feels both calming and awake like it's ready to jump into action. Modern Habitat designed this project not just as a space to live, but a space that lives with you.
